Machine Learning Engineer
Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Preferred)

What You’ll Do
Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models and data pipelines to tackle complex product and business challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data) to define ML strategy, prioritize initiatives, and translate research into production-ready systems.
Continuously improve model performance: monitor for bias, accuracy, efficiency, and cost, and iterate on solutions.
Mentor others in the team, conduct code and design reviews, stay on top of industry advances and integrate new techniques where useful.
Required Tech / Skills
Python, strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch), working with large datasets, experimentation, version control, and reproducible ML workflows.
