- Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-onproducts configuration, support, training, and documentation
Work with the team (Business central, Power Platform, SharePoint) withexperienced solution specifications
Ensure high standards of customer engagement and services are maintained
Expected to complete work-related training and learning with the goal ofobtaining relevant Microsoft Certifications

Strong Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience.
Experienced in the change management process and coordinating with technicalresources to create solution design documents.
Strong Interpersonal skills with ability to support and communicate with userson all levels
Excellent English, written and Oral
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical skills
Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
A strong desire and ability to learn new platforms and technologies
Relevant third level qualification in Business or IT (advantageous but notessential)
Relevant functional and technical accreditations highly desirable.
